Anti-IL16 Antibody [59]

This mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 59) specifically targets human Interleukin-16 (IL16), a pro-inflammatory cytokine that functions as a chemoattractant for CD4+ T lymphocytes. Produced by lymphocytes, eosinophils, mast cells, and epithelial cells, IL16 plays a central role in inflammatory and immune signalling cascades. The unconjugated IgG2b reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as a lyophilised preparation of 100 µg, reconstituting easily in standard buffer prior to use in western blot workflows. Because target reactivity is restricted to human IL16, the antibody supports research into T-cell recruitment, chronic inflammatory disease models, and cytokine signalling studies in human-derived samples. Store the lyophilised product refrigerated; reconstitute only the volume needed per experiment and aliquot the remainder to limit freeze-thaw cycles that can compromise IgG2b binding activity.
