Anti-IL16 Antibody [572]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 572) is raised against IL-16 and recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-16. The unconjugated IgG3 antibody is validated for ELISA and WB applications and reacts with human samples. The immunogen used to generate the antibody was purified recombinant human IL-16.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2 and has been purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. The epitope is associated with the Sp2/0-Ag14 fusion partner. The antibody does not cross-react with human serum albumin, bovine serum albumin, IL-1β, IL-8, IL-7, MCAF, TGF-β1, EGF, bFGF, GM-CSF, M-CSF, or TNF-α.
