Anti-IL16 Antibody [398]

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 398) is raised against IL16 and recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-16. The immunogen used was purified recombinant human IL-16. It is validated for ELISA and Western blot (WB) applications.

The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and reacts with human samples. Cross-reactivity testing shows the antibody does not recognise human serum albumin, bovine serum albumin, IL-1ß, IL-8, IL-7, MCAF, TGF-ß1, EGF, bFGF, GM-CSF, M-CSF or TNF-a.

Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography, the product is supplied lyophilised in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.2) and is intended to be reconstituted with double distilled water; concentration is reconstitution dependent. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
