Anti-IL15RA Antibody

A polyclonal antibody targeting IL-15RA, offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. Raised in Rabbit, this IgG antibody is unconjugated and supplied in liquid form. It has been validated for use in Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 31–205 of human CD215/IL-15R alpha (NP_002180.1). The target has a molecular weight of 60 kDa. The product is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
