Polyclonal rabbit antibody targeting IL15RA, the high-affinity alpha subunit of the interleukin-15 receptor. IL15RA anchors IL-15 at the plasma membrane and presents the cytokine in trans to neighboring lymphocytes, engaging JAK1 and JAK3 to drive downstream STAT5 phosphorylation. This signaling axis sustains NK cell maturation, CD8+ memory T cell maintenance, and intraepithelial lymphocyte homeostasis in human immune tissue.
