Anti-IL13RA2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this Primary Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IL13RA2, also known as IL-13 receptor alpha 2. It is unconjugated with an IgG isotype and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The reagent has been validated for WB and IHC applications.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is prepared by affinity purification and exhibits a molecular weight of 50 - 65 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000 - 1:5,000 for WB and 1:50 - 1:200 for IHC.

The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 27-343 of human IL13RA2 (NP_000631.1), and the concentration is lot specific.
