Anti-IL13RA1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets IL-13 receptor alpha 1 (IL13RA1) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with both Human and Mouse samples. The antibody is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen used to raise this antibody is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–343 of human IL13RA1 (NP_001551.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 53 kDa. The manufacturer recommends a WB dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
