Anti-IL13 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets IL-13 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 34-146 of human IL13 (NP_002179.2). Reported molecular weight for the IL-13 target is 13 kDa, with bands observed at 17 - 35 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, users are advised to aliquot and store at -20°C and to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500 and IHC: 1:50-1:100.
