Anti-IL12RB2 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets IL-12RB2 and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide [C0, S1, S2]. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and purified by affinity chromatography [C0, S1, S2]. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 420-620 of human IL12RB2 (NP_001550.1) [S1, S2], and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 110 kDa [S1, S2].

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with mouse and rat samples [C0, S1, S2]. The manufacturer recommends a working dilution range of 1:1,000-1:2,000 for WB [S1, S2]. Supporting validation includes a Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines performed at 1:1,000 primary dilution with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L HRP secondary at 1:10,000, using 25 µg lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST blocking buffer, and ECL Basic Kit detection with a 5 s exposure [S2].
