Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IL12RB1. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It was generated using recombinant full-length human IL12RB1 as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of the IL12RB1 protein. The affinity-purified antibody has a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The IL12RB1 target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 73 kDa.
