Anti-IL12RB1 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets IL-12RB1 and is supplied as a rabbit polyclonal reagent of the IgG isotype. It is unconjugated and reacts with human and mouse samples, with validation for Western blot.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 25-305 of human IL-12RB1 (NP_714912.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 73 kDa. The antibody is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. For Western blot, a working dilution of 1:500-1:2,000 is recommended. The concentration is lot specific.
