Anti-IL10RB Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IL10RB. It is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The product is validated for Western blot (WB) and, according to the manufacturer's datasheet, for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

Per the manufacturer, IL10RB has a molecular weight of 36 kDa. The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20-220 of human IL10RB (NP_000619.3), and has been affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C on arrival, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
