This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence detection of human IL10RA. The 100 µl vial provides ample material for multiple immunoblots and staining experiments across cell lysate and tissue preparations.

IL10RA, also known as CD210a or IL-10R1, is the ligand-binding subunit of the interleukin-10 receptor. It pairs with IL10RB to engage JAK1/TYK2-STAT3 signaling, transducing the anti-inflammatory effects of IL-10 in monocytes, macrophages, B cells, and other leukocyte populations. Loss-of-function mutations in IL10RA are linked to severe early-onset enteropathy and very-early-onset inflammatory bowel disease, while altered receptor expression has been reported in lymphoma, autoimmunity, and the tumor microenvironment of selected solid cancers, supporting its utility across immunology, gastroenterology, and oncology research programs.

Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated polyclonal antiserum in a vial, this reagent performs in standard Western blot protocols, resolving the receptor at its expected glycosylated molecular weight, and in immunofluorescence protocols on fixed cells and cryosections. Aliquot upon receipt and store refrigerated; protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity. For research use only.
