Anti-IL10 Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against IL-10. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 120 to the C-terminus of human IL10 (NP_000563.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target has a molecular weight of 18 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:100.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
