Anti-IL1 beta Antibody [S3F12]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal [S3F12] reagent is a Primary Antibody targeting IL1 beta for use in ELISA and Western blot workflows. The unconjugated IgG1 antibody is reactive with human samples and is supplied lyophilised, to be reconstituted with double distilled water at a reconstitution-dependent concentration.

The antibody was raised against purified recombinant human IL-1ß and recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-1ß. It does not cross-react with recombinant human IL-1a, recombinant murine IL-1a, or IL-1ß. The preparation is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and upon arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The hybridoma cell line used is Sp2/0-Ag14.

Validated for WB and ELISA on human samples.
