Anti-IL1 beta Antibody [S1H12]

From Antibodies.com, a Mouse monoclonal [S1H12] antibody targeting IL-1 beta (IL1 beta). The reagent is supplied in lyophilised, unconjugated form as an IgG1 isotype, raised in mouse, and validated for ELISA and WB applications on human samples.

The antibody recognises natural and recombinant human IL-1ß and was raised against purified recombinant human IL-1ß as immunogen. It is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and reconstituted with double distilled water; the lyophilised formulation is prepared from 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.2. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

The antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human IL-1a, recombinant murine IL-1a or IL-1ß. Concentration is reconstitution dependent.
