Anti-IL1 beta Antibody [S1B7]

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody targets IL1 beta and is designated clone S1B7, with an IgG1 isotype and unconjugated format. The antibody is presented in lyophilised form and is validated for ELISA and Western Blot applications using human samples.

It recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-1ß, with no cross-reactivity observed against recombinant human IL-1a, recombinant murine IL-1a, or murine IL-1ß. The immunogen was purified recombinant human IL-1ß, and the antibody is produced in the Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma line. Purification is performed by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the product is formulated lyophilised from 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.2. Concentration is reconstitution dependent, with reconstitution carried out using double distilled water. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
