Anti-IL1 beta Antibody [464]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody [464] from Antibodies.com targets IL1 beta and is validated for use in ELISA applications. Raised in Mouse and of the IgM isotype, the unconjugated reagent shows reactivity with human samples.

Specificity studies confirm recognition of both natural and recombinant human IL-1ß, with no cross-reactivity observed against recombinant human IL-1a, recombinant murine IL-1a or IL-1ß, as reported by the manufacturer. The antibody was generated using purified recombinant human IL-1ß as the immunogen and is derived from the Sp2/0-Ag14 cell line.
