Anti-IL-8 (V68) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting IL-8 (V68) is available from Antibodies.com for use in western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of IL-8 protein.

It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 21-70 of human IL-8 and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is approximately 38 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
