Anti-IL-7R Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the Interleukin-7 receptor subunit alpha (IL-7R / CDw127) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific peptide immunogen derived from the internal region of human IL-7R, and is presented unconjugated in a PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide for long-term stability at –20 °C (recommended storage up to one year). Validated for Western blotting (WB) and ELISA on human samples, it is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. The polyclonal host species is Rabbit, ensuring recognition of multiple epitopes on the IL-7R target, and the reagent is shipped from the supplier's Cambridge (UK) depot with a typical lead time of four to six business days.
