Anti-IL-3Rβ (F587) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting IL-3Rβ. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 550–600 of human IL-3Rβ, and it detects endogenous levels of IL-3R protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight is approximately 130 kDa.
