Anti-IL-2Rβ / CD122 (Ab-364) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against IL-2Rβ / CD122 and is targeted at the region surrounding the tyrosine 364 phosphorylation site of the human protein. The immunogen is a synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human IL-2Rβ / CD122 (Q-G-Y(p)-F-F), and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total IL-2Rβ / CD122 protein following affinity purification from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. Provided as 50 µl of an unconjugated Rabbit IgG at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence on human samples.
