Anti-IL-2Rβ (T360) Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated. The reagent targets IL-2Rβ (T360) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 330-380 of human IL-2Rβ and detects endogenous levels of IL-2Rβ protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. Following affinity purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE), and the antibody recognises a band at ~60 kDa.
