Description
A rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com raised against IL-22Rα2 and validated for Western blot (WB). The unconjugated antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of IL-22Rα2 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with an IgG isotype.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human IL-22Rα2. By SDS-PAGE the purity is greater than 95%, following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The target protein migrates at approximately 30 kDa.
