Anti-IL-20 (D61) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets IL-20 and is intended for immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. Raised in rabbit, the unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and shows reactivity with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 30-78 of human IL-20, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of IL-20 protein. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The molecular weight listed is approximately 28 kDa.
