Anti-IL-1RII Antibody

Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated antibody recognizes human interleukin-1 receptor type II (IL-1RII), the membrane-bound and soluble decoy receptor that sequesters IL-1α and IL-1β without transducing downstream signal. Validated for western blot and ELISA workflows, the 100 µl aliquot supports detection of endogenous receptor levels in cell lysates and conditioned media from inflammation and immunology studies. Supplied as a liquid IgG fraction free of carrier proteins that would interfere with downstream assays, the reagent pairs readily with HRP-, fluorophore-, or biotin-conjugated secondary antibodies for chromogenic, immunofluorescence, or amplification-based readouts. Researchers studying cytokine regulation, receptor shedding, and decoy receptor biology can incorporate this reagent into standard immunoblotting and plate-based immunoassays without further purification.
