Anti-IL-1RI Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a research-grade rabbit polyclonal reagent, this antibody targets the type I interleukin-1 receptor (IL-1RI) and is supplied at 1 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and it was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human IL-1RI. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, with validated applications including Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Each vial is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C while avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
