Anti-IL-18R (M270) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 236-288 of Human IL-18R, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of IL-18R protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight is approximately 62 kDa.
