Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant full length human IL-18R, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The reagent detects endogenous levels of IL-18R protein, with the target reported at approximately 62 kDa.
It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Two scientific validation images are referenced by the manufacturer.
