Description
Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against IL-16 and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 66-122 of Human IL-16, and the IL-16 (G97) pAb detects endogenous levels of IL-16 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 142 kDa.
The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
