Anti-IL-16 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against IL-16 (also referred to as IL16 and pro-interleukin-16), designed to detect endogenous levels of the IL-16 protein. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human IL-16, and the reagent is supplied as an unconjugated liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. The 50 µl pack size has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the product is intended for use in ELISA and Western blot (WB) applications on human samples.
