Anti-IL-13Rα1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for research use, this Rabbit polyclonal preparation targets the IL-13Rα1 (also known as IL13RA1, CD213a1, IL-13Ra, or NR4) subunit of the interleukin-13 receptor. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml, buffered in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of human IL-13Rα1 flanking the non-phosphorylation site at tyrosine 405, and it was subsequently affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific affinity chromatography.
