Anti-IL-13Rα1 (K401) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against IL-13Rα1 (K401). It is supplied unconjugated in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, formulated at 1 mg/ml.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 380-420 of human IL-13Rα1. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography with the epitope-specific immunogen, and SDS-PAGE analysis indicates greater than 95% purity. The reagent detects endogenous levels of IL-13Rα1 protein, which corresponds to a molecular weight of approximately 49 kDa.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is supported by 2 scientific images.
