Anti-IL-12A (T65) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against IL-12A (T65) and is unconjugated. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 32–81 of Human IL-12A. The antibody detects endogenous levels of IL-12A protein, and the target has a molecular weight of approximately 25 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
