Anti-IL-10Rα Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to IL-10Rα, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human samples, with validated applications in Western blot (WB) and ELISA.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human IL-10Rα, and detects endogenous levels of IL-10Rα protein. The product is provided as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL.
