Anti-IL-10 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit and specifically detects endogenous levels of human IL-10, also referred to as CSIF, cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor, or Interleukin-10. The polyclonal antibody was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human IL-10 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. Offered here in the 50 µl pack size, it is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on human samples. The antibody is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, providing consistent specificity for the cytokine. Each vial is shipped at 4°C from St. Louis, MO, and upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
