Anti-IL-1β Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human IL-1β (interleukin-1 beta), enabling detection of endogenous levels of the target in a range of sample types. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and the antibody has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, as illustrated by Western Blot analyses of HeLa cells and of L929 mouse brain cells. The product is provided as an unconjugated antiserum purified by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of approximately 1 mg/ml. The 50 µl pack size is offered alongside a 100 µl option, both shipped from the Antibodies.com Cambridge (UK) facility with a typical lead time of 4–6 business days. For long-term stability, vials should be stored at –20 °C, where the reagent remains stable for up to one year.
