Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets IKZF3, a zinc-finger transcription factor of the Ikaros family (also known as Aiolos) that regulates B-cell maturation and lymphocyte signaling. Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, the 50 µl volume is intended for western blot detection of the human target. The polyclonal format gives broader epitope coverage than a monoclonal reagent, which is useful when probing endogenous levels of IKZF3 in lymphoid cell lines or primary human lymphocyte lysates. Aliquot upon first use to limit freeze-thaw cycles, store refrigerated, and protect from light to preserve activity. This primary antibody is not preconjugated, so it is compatible with secondary detection chemistries of the researcher's choice, including HRP, biotin, or fluorophore-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG. Researchers studying Aiolos regulation in germinal center B cells, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma biology, or systemic lupus erythematosus-associated variants will find this reagent a practical starting point for western blot characterization.
