Rabbit polyclonal antibody to IKZF1 (Ikaros), supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and has been validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation and chromatin immunoprecipitation, with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300–400 of human Ikaros (NP_006051.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The target exhibits a molecular weight of 50–70 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:50–1:200 for ChIP. The product is shipped at 4°C and on receipt should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
