Anti-IKK-b (Ab-199) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent was raised against IKK-b (Ab-199). It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total IKK-b protein and was raised against a peptide sequence spanning amino acids 197–201 (Q-K-Y-T-V) of human IKK-b.

It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The reagent was produced by immunising rabbits with a synthetic peptide–KLH conjugate and purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon delivery; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
