Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets IKK-γ and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications with human samples. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and recognises endogenous levels of total IKK-γ protein.
It was generated using a synthesised peptide derived from the internal region of human IKK-γ as the immunogen, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
