Anti-IKKα Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets IKKα (IKK alpha) and is offered in a 50 µl volume at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and provided as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human IKKα around the non-phosphorylation site of T23, and the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The antibody detects endogenous levels of IKKα protein and is validated for ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
