Anti-IKKα / β Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises IKKα / β. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and has been validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthesised peptide derived from human IKKα / β around the non-phosphorylation site of S176 / 177, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of IKKα / β protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/mL as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
