Anti-IKKα / β Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit that recognizes both the IKKα (CHUK) and IKKβ catalytic subunits of the IκB kinase complex. These serine/threonine kinases form part of the canonical NF-κB activation pathway, phosphorylating IκBα to release NF-κB transcription factors for nuclear translocation. The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum, allowing flexibility in downstream labeling and detection workflows.
