Anti-IKKγ (phospho-S31) Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit polyclonal antibody to IKKγ (phospho-S31), an unconjugated primary antibody validated for Western blot and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. It is raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human IKKγ around the phosphorylation site of serine 31, and specifically detects endogenous levels of IKKγ protein only when phosphorylated at Ser31.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and recognises a band of approximately 48 kDa.
