Description
An affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against IKKα (M17). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–50 of Human IKKα, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of IKK-α protein.
The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reported molecular weight is ~85 kDa. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. Purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-chromatography purification with the epitope-specific immunogen.
