Description
Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is reported to detect endogenous levels of IKKα/β protein.
According to the manufacturer's documentation, the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 85 kDa.
