Anti-IKKα/β (Q174) Antibody

Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent against the IκB kinase catalytic subunits IKKα and IKKβ, this Antibodies.com antibody was generated against an epitope mapping near glutamine 174 of IKKα, a region conserved across the kinase family members that drive canonical NF-κB signaling by phosphorylating IκB inhibitor proteins.
