Anti-IKKα/β (phospho-S176) Antibody

From Antibodies.com's Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets IKKα/β phosphorylated at Ser176. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for IHC. It specifically detects endogenous levels of IKK-a/b protein only when phosphorylated at Ser176. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, giving a purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE, and has a reported molecular weight of ~85 kDa.
