Anti-IKKα/β (phospho-S176/177) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IKKα/β and specific for the phosphorylated form at Serine 176/177. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human IKKα/β around the phosphorylation site of Serine 176/177, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of IKKα/β only when phosphorylated at Ser176/177. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a quoted purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE and a molecular weight of ~ 85 kDa. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
